How to Issue a Return
Online orders can be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the date of purchase, a refund will be made in the same payment method upon receipt of the product, as long as the order meets the conditions of the return policy.
Returns can be made in our store free of charge, or mailed at the sender’s expense.
To return items by post
Please return the items in the shipping package with a copy of the receipt.
